Role Description This full-time Team Leader role is an in office position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Team

Leader will oversee day-to-day team operations, assign and monitor tasks, and ensure performance targets and service quality standards are consistently met. This role involves coaching and mentoring team members, providing regular feedback, and supporting their career development.

Leader will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, help resolve operational issues, and escalate complex matters when necessary. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports,



analyzing team metrics, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Ability to coordinate daily operations, manage workloads, and meet performance targets and service level agreements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Comfort with technology-driven workflows; experience in fintech, payments, or retail/commerce operations is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes for internal and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and adapt to evolving business needs.
