- Coordinate and manage daily tasks assigned to interns and team members.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct daily follow-ups and maintain work updates.
- Communicate effectively between the management and the team.
- Assist in planning workflows and improving team productivity.
- Prepare reports and maintain task trackers.
- Identify challenges and help resolve them proactively.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all assigned work.
- Support recruitment,



onboarding and team coordination whenever required.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
