Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Tele Sales Executives Drive team to achieve monthly sales targets Handle sales of OD Limit & Personal Loan products Monitor daily calling activity, conversions, and productivity Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques Ensure proper follow-ups and customer handling Maintain and track performance through CRM Improve team discipline and efficiency Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing Required Skills: Strong knowledge of OD Limit & Personal Loan Team handling and leadership skills Target-driven and result-oriented approach Positive communication and convincing skills CRM handling experience Ability to train and develop team members Experience:Minimum 1 in Loan Sales (NBFC / Banking / DSA) At least 1 year experience as Team Leader / Senior Role
