Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve targets - Monitor and improve team performance (AHT, CSAT, NPS) - Ensure high-quality customer interactions and service delivery - Track daily performance and maintain reports - Handle escalations and support the team in closing deals - Manage stakeholder and client communication Requirements :
