Role Description The Team Lead role at PropLion is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru.

The Team

Lead will oversee a cross-functional team, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and resolving operational issues. The role involves collaborating with senior management to align team goals with business objectives, optimizing processes, and using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 2 years of direct team handling experience in a sales environment
- Consistent employment history — professionals who have built depth, not just changed titles
- We will not consider candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes
- Strong real estate or B2C sales background preferred
- Ability to train, coach, and lead a team of 5–8 Sales Associates
- CRM-disciplined, data-oriented, and high-accountability mindset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and manage a team of 5–8 Sales Associates toward monthly unit targets
- Train new joiners on products, sales process, objection handling, and site visit protocols
- Conduct daily briefings, weekly reviews, and individual performance coaching sessions
- Maintain deep product knowledge across assigned developer projects
- Build competitive matrices and share market intelligence with the team
- Monitor pipeline, flag risks early, and drive consistent CRM hygiene
- Support SAs on complex client conversations and deal closures
