Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – US Recruitment to manage and mentor a team of recruiters while driving successful delivery for US staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, hands-on recruitment expertise, client coordination skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for US requirements from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
- Allocate requirements within the team and monitor daily recruitment activities and delivery performance.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, domain expertise, experience, communication skills, and cultural fitment.




- Ensure quality submissions within defined turnaround time and maintain robust pipeline management.
- Coordinate with Account Managers/Clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Track team performance metrics, prepare reports, and share recruitment updates with management.
- Train and guide team members on sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and market trends.
- Ensure effective usage of ATS/Internal systems for maintaining recruitment data and process tracking.
- Drive team motivation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly team goals and expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment with team handling exposure.
- Experience with VMS/MSP preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
