Job Description
The lead java developer will be responsible for development of Java and JSP based web
application with regular communicate with senior developer and developers in the team. Monitoring
quality and performance of application. Guiding the team to improve the quality of development.

Educational Qualifications
An education at degree level (BE/BTech/MCA/MS Computer/MTech or equivalent qualified
qualification) in IT, Computer Science, or related.

Relevant Experience
9+ years

Key accountabilities include:
- Must have 9+ years of experience in web application development using JSP, Spring, Hibernate
- Must have experience in using mySQL.
- Good in Application debugging and finding root cause of issues.
- Must have strong knowledge in Data structure and Algorithm.
- Must be good in Object Oriented Programming.




- Must have knowledge in data encryption and decryption algorithm using certificates, SHA-256
