GLOINNT Solutions is looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executive Interns who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, understanding business needs, and working towards targets. This is an opportunity to develop real-world business development skills and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential prospects
- Generate and qualify business leads
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, email, and other channels
- Understand prospect requirements and communicate relevant solutions
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate lead and interaction records
- Work closely with the team to achieve business development goals
- Participate in outreach, lead-generation, and client-acquisition initiatives
- Learn and apply effective sales and communication strategies
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with new people
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Internship Structure
- First 3 Months: Unpaid internship focused on learning, practical exposure, and performance
- Next 3 Months: Performance-based stipend opportunity
- After 6 Months: High-performing interns may be considered for conversion to a full time opportunity
- Progression will be based on performance, consistency, learning, and contribution throughout the internship.
