Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ITOM solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITOM projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ITOM and BHCO.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for ITOM and BHCO.

Job Requirements
