Role & responsibilities
- Production Management: Direct daily factory operations, shift scheduling, and line balancing to hit strict volume and delivery goals.
- Yield & Quality Control: Monitor electrical and physical cell parameters, minimize breakage/rejection rates, and drive root-cause analysis for defects.
- Process Optimization: Apply Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to upgrade diffusion, texturing, etching, and metallization steps.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train shift engineers, technicians, and cleanroom operators.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce hazardous material handling protocols and maintain compliance with ISO and IEC manufacturing standards.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Materials Science Engineering.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years in semiconductor or photovoltaic (PV) cell manufacturing, with several years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with advanced cell architectures (such as PERC or TOPCon) and statistical process control (SPC) tools )
