- Medication Management: Administer exact subcutaneous/intramuscular hormonal injections (FSH, HCG, progesterone) and train patients on self-administration.
- Patient Counseling: Educate couples on treatment roadmaps, injection schedules, surgical pre-ops, and emotional support through sensitive fertility challenges.
- OT & Infection Control: Maintain sterility, manage surgical instruments, and implement safety guidelines compliant with local hospital standards and NABH norms.
- Documentation: Record vital signs, manage treatment charts, update electronic medical records (EMR), and file signed legal consent documents.
