Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of SaaS and business software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, valuable confidence in speaking with clients, and the ability to understand and explain software products according to customer requirements.
Experience in Zoho sales or Zoho implementation solutions is highly preferred, as the role will involve selling and explaining Zoho-based solutions to clients. Candidates with sales experience in other SaaS, ERP, CRM, or business software products can also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Clearly explain software features, benefits, pricing, and business value to clients.
- Sell SaaS and business software solutions,
including Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, Zoho People/HRMS, and other relevant solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with the implementation and technical teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth handover after closing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, ERP Sales, CRM Sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- High confidence and ability to communicate professionally with clients.
