Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiters with proven experience in US Tax hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad Indore. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for identifying the right talent. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, street-smart, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver hiring success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Tax positions across various levels and specializations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US Tax professionals.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.




- Drive hiring closures within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hire.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices within the US Tax domain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in US Tax hiring.
- Proven success in closing niche and volume hiring mandates within the US Tax domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Passionate about identifying the right talent and committed to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple positions simultaneously.
- Solid sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
