Job Summary
The Technical Projects Manager is responsible for managing projects focused on facility/construction projects. In additional to facility/construction projects, you will work on infrastructure related projects with the Server, Network and Security teams. Job Duties

A Project Manager responsible for Office IT Setup, Greenfield Setup, Site Launch, New Facility IT Setup, Office Rollout, andFit-out IT Coordination oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of workplace technology and infrastructure projects.

The role includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, business teams, facilities, and external vendors to ensure timely setup of IT infrastructure aligned with business and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing low voltage systems, structured cabling, passive networking, AV systems, BMS, CCTV,access control, and ELV vendor management across new and existing office environments
Assists with vendor selection and management for IT related contractors (Low Voltage, Audio Visual, Physical Security, Soundmasking, etc)




Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction personnel
Collaborates with internal IT for construction requirements and tracking (space, power, cooling, hardware and telecommunications).
Creates knowledgebase documentation as needed
Problem-solves to address delays, emergencies or other issues
Complies with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
Explains contract and technical matters in a transparent manner
Prepares budgets, cost estimates, schedules and timelines for assigned projects

Provides project-based leadership for the justification, planning, implementation, and quality assurance testing of assigned projects

Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes project progress

Builds and maintains constructive working relationships with project team members, vendors, and other departments involved with assignedprojects
