Job Summary

The Senior Sales Specialist based in either of the locations (NCR/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune) is responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth, margin expansion, customer retention, and new business development within an assigned portfolio of customers, products, markets, or geographies. The role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, execute commercial strategies, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Success requires solid commercial acumen, customer focus, relationship management, negotiation skills, and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customers and develop account plans to deliver volume, revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for share gain, new business development, and innovation commercialization.
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business priorities and market opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, pricing execution,



and contract management activities in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer information using CRM and other commercial tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, TSD, Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Channel Partners to deliver business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer developments, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate resolution of commercial, service, quality, supply, and pricing issues to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with Dow commercial processes, business policies, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Commercial, Marketing, or other customer-facing roles
