Role & responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Assist senior sales executives in handling customers and sales enquiries.
- Present and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products.
- Learn and explain basic diamond specifications, jewellery designs, pricing and product features.
- Develop an understanding of customer psychology and buying behaviour.
- Follow up with customers and prospective customers as instructed.
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of diamonds, jewellery products, designs and pricing.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, customization and delivery.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
- Follow all company procedures relating to customer handling, jewellery handling, security and documentation.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
