Develop a long-term O M plan for sustainable running of the Solar Plant.
Develop Cutting-edge ideas for increasing the efficiency of the plant.
Continual Site assessment and Due Diligence analysis
Maintain plant availability to more than 99%.
Liaison with government officials.
To look after the complete OM of the allotted site
Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of all Equipment
Documentation of plant BM, PM according to company format
Monitoring SCADA and Reporting of Daily Generation Report of Plant to Head OM
Handling Labor, Contractor and Staff for their optimum Output to company
Executing the Maintenance activity with respect to Scheduled activity
Analysis of the machine fault and generation
Taking the corrective action after analysis the fault frequency through SCADA system
Maintains engineering records,



lists and reports as required to ensure compliance with the work schedule, adherence to the budget, adherence to design specification and to ensure engineering problems are monitored and resolved, Managing site team, administration, safety security, Coordination with SCCL team for clearance of bills.

check the day wise spare consumption Supervision of OM activities conducted by the technicians, helpers of the subcontractor /Self OM at the sites.
Coordination of all activities with DISCOM/Authorizes officials.
Coordinate with OM subcontractor to ensure that the sites are fully functional, and energy guarantees are maintained. Conduct regular/Surprise visits to the sites to check efficacy of OM activities carried out by the subcontractor/Self OM team
Prepare and execute the module cleaning, PM works, SCADA Monitoring, Daily observation and Operational excellency related works. Daily review on plant performance with site team as well HO team. Maintain the cost budget target
