Position Overview

Location: Kia India Pvt. , Ltd. , Penukonda Mandal, Sri Sathyasai District,

Formally (Anantapur District), Andhra Pradesh

Qualification: PG in Rural Development, Management, Development Studies, Sociology, or Social Work is mandatory.

Designation: Asst. Manager -Team Member

Reporting To: Head of Section [Corporate Affairs]

Function: CSR

Experience:



3-5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media Relations, or Community Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government Relations Stakeholder Liaison
- Coordinate with relevant Government departments and local authorities for approvals, permissions, NOCs, and other statutory requirements related to CSR initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings with Government officials and key stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, minutes of meetings, and action trackers.
- Coordinate site visits and review meetings involving Government officials, Company leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of Government correspondence, approvals, official communications, and statutory documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Government and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation of CSR initiatives.
