What this job involves:
As a cluster lead at JLL, you will serve as the strategic business leader for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) across a city or cluster of sites, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This pivotal leadership role requires you to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders while managing multiple teams to deliver professional,



value-focused services that consistently meet or exceed client expectations. You will collaborate with GREF leadership to develop delivery strategies focused on "continuous improvement," "staying ahead," and achieving "best in class" service delivery, directly contributing to JLL's reputation for transformative real estate solutions and client success.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Act as single point of contact for IFM business function, providing leadership to JLL account-based management and service delivery teams across your assigned city/cluster

Collaborate with GREF leadership team to establish delivery strategies and annual goals for IFM function, aligning with global, regional, and local client objectives

Develop and maintain detailed understanding of client business requirements while managing relationships with key GREF stakeholders and function leads

Lead implementation of "raising the bar" initiat
