Role & responsibilities

Support in terms of design of Azure implementation and perform the necessary enhancements.
- Take ownership of User issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot, resolve issues and document through sharing best practices and direct resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn recent technical domains and train others.
- No rotation shifts.
- The knowledge of network, firewalls, load balancer, API gateway, flapping, Network monitoring, coordinating with network vendor, last mile.
- Deep understanding of TCPIP and other network protocols. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP and other networking services.




- In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Configuration management and Change Management processes.
- Other general responsibilities as management instructs.

Preferred candidate profile

Overall 8+ years experience with 4+ Years of work experience and computer science/IT UG/PG background, with expertise in Azure, Intune, zScalar, M365 products and mandatory to have Microsoft Certified -Azure solutions architect expert (AZ-305) / (AZ-304) /AZ-
