Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into engaging and impactful video content.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Add transitions, sound design, music, and graphics to enhance viewer experience.
- Research and source high-quality B2B stock footage, visuals, and assets that align with brand messaging.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop compelling visual narratives.
- Maintain organized project files, media libraries, and backups.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
What Were Looking For
- 5-6 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and Graphic Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Corporate/B2B videos
- Social media campaigns
- Motion graphics animations
- Reels, ads, and marketing content
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Robust understanding of:




- Motion Design principles
- Typography, composition, and visual storytelling
- Social media content trends and platform best practices
- Ability to identify and source relevant B2B stock footage, imagery, and visual references from platforms such as Getty Images, Envato, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to understand creative briefs and present ideas effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and project ownership.
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and workflows is a plus.
- Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or similar) will be an added advantage.
