Saina Cloud Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment & L&D; Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for a fresher or a candidate with 0-1 year of experience who is interested in both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Identify training and development requirements
- Coordinate internal training programs and learning initiatives
- Maintain employee training records and L&D; reports
- Support performance development and skill-building initiatives





What We re Looking For
- 0-1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment/L&D;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
