Business Process Outsource (BPO) Customer Operations Support Specialist

Position Summary

The Business Process Outsource (BPO) Customer Operations Specialist provides operational and customer support by maintaining accurate data and transaction records within the Company's ERP platform, CSD. This role is responsible for supporting daily business operations through data entry, record management, order and quote maintenance, promise date updates, customer contact information verification, and other system administration activities.
The BPO Operations Specialist works closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and effective processing of customer and operational information. This position plays a critical role in supporting business performance by maintaining high-quality system data and providing administrative support for key operational processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
ERP System Support & Data Management
- Maintain and update customer, order, and quote information within the CSD ERP system.




- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across customer and transactional records.
- Perform routine data entry, system updates, and record maintenance activities.
- Review and correct data inconsistencies to support operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Assist with general system clean-up and ongoing data quality initiatives.
- Support the maintenance of customer master data and related system records.

Order & Quote Support
- Update and maintain order information as directed by Operations and Customer Service teams.
- Manage promise date updates to ensure accurate customer commitments and visibility.
- Verify and update quote contact information to ensure customer records remain current.
- Support the creation, modification, and maintenance of quotes and order records.
- Monitor assigned transactions and ensure timely completion of required updates.
