We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, selling skills, communication, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product, process, and sales skill training for new and existing sales employees.
- Develop and deliver induction and onboarding programs for new sales hires.
- Identify training needs based on sales performance, business requirements, and manager feedback.
- Create training content, presentations, role plays, case studies, quizzes, and assessments.
- Train the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Conduct regular refresher and upskilling programs for the sales team.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to understand performance gaps and provide targeted training interventions.
- Conduct field visits and on-the-job coaching to evaluate sales representatives and improve their effectiveness.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback,



and improvement in sales performance.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, assessment reports, and training MIS.
- Keep the sales team updated on current products, processes, market trends, and competitive information.
- Support the development of sales training modules and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, HR, and Sales teams for training initiatives.
- Conduct virtual and classroom training sessions for Pan-India sales teams.

Required Skills
