Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Outbound Sales Representatives with proven experience handling US-based customers through outbound calls.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident sales approach, excellent objection-handling abilities, and a proven track record of converting outbound calls into successful sales.

This is a sales-focused role. Candidates with genuine hardcore outbound sales experience in the US market will be strongly preferred.





Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers in the US.
- Engage customers professionally, identify their requirements, and confidently present suitable solutions.
- Follow the assigned sales process and approved calling scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
- Handle customer objections, questions, and concerns effectively to maximize conversions.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a skilled customer experience.
- Accurately record call details, customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
