Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive user-centered design through research, insights, and experience mapping.
- Translate business and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Design engaging web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand and product strategy.
- Create interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, and gamified UI experiences.
- Apply strong visual design principles across typography, layout, illustration, and motion.
- Validate designs through usability testing and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions.




- Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency.

Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, visual design, and interaction design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and similar tools.
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects for illustration and UI animation.
- Experience designing motion, micro-interactions, and gamified experiences.
- Familiarity with iOS & Android design systems and responsive design.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective developer collaboration.
- Robust communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
