Real Estate Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers from the initial enquiry through property consultation, site visits, negotiations, and closing of sales.

This is a field + office-based role, requiring regular interaction with clients and property visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Consult customers regarding suitable residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, and other relevant details.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Generate recent leads through various channels and actively develop a customer pipeline.




- Negotiate with customers and assist them through the booking and closing process.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, and sales.
- Stay updated on current property projects, market conditions, pricing, and real estate trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide professional and honest guidance to customers throughout their property-buying journey.
- Perform other sales-related activities required for successfully closing property transactions.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to communicate and negotiate with customers.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel for property/site visits and meet clients.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and computers.
- Ability to work independently
