Job Description

1. Strategic Partnership
- Partner with Sales leadership to understand business priorities and develop people strategies that support revenue and growth objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve workforce productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Support sales organization design, workforce planning, and talent deployment.

2. Talent Management
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and onboard top sales talent.
- Support career pathing and succession planning for critical sales roles.
- Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with sales goals and targets.

3. Learning & Development
- Collaborate with L&D; teams to identify skill gaps and implement sales capability-building programs.
- Facilitate leadership development and sales training initiatives.
- Coach sales managers on effective people management and leadership practices.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive engagement initiatives tailored for the sales workforce (e.g., incentives, recognition programs, engagement surveys).




- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.

5. Compensation & Advantages
- Partner with the Compensation team to design and review sales incentive programs.
- Ensure fair and competitive pay structures aligned with performance outcomes.
- Communicate variable pay and incentive schemes clearly to the sales teams.

6. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure accurate implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements for the sales population.
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to monitor key workforce indicators (attrition, performance, engagement, etc.).
- Lead or support HR projects related to process improvements and system implementation.
