Role overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute online marketing campaigns for a recruitment company, using both traditional digital tools and AI-powered solutions to improve performance and automation. The role covers social media, content, creatives, paid ads, lead generation, and campaign optimisation.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales for recruitment services.
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including planning, posting, engagement, and basic community management.
- Create graphics, short videos/reels, and basic creatives using design tools and AI-based creative tools where applicable.
- Write SEO-friendly content for website pages, landing pages, blogs, emailers, and social media posts; use AI writing tools to draft, refine, and A/B test content while ensuring originality.
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads; assist in LinkedIn Ads when required.




- Use AI-based analytics/automation tools (chatbots, lead scoring, campaign optimisation, basic marketing automation) to improve lead quality and response time.
- Track, measure, and report performance of all digital campaigns (traffic, leads, CPL, conversions) and optimise based on data.
- Stay up to date with latest trends in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media algorithms, and emerging AI tools relevant to marketing.

Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Mandatory experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads campaign creation, optimisation, and reporting.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools; basic video editing skills preferred.
- Exposure to AI tools for content creation, creatives, analytics or automation will be a robust advantage.
