Roles and Responsibilities

- Implement SAP QM/ RAQA solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement in client's processes.

- Develop and maintain documentation for quality management systems, including procedures, work instructions, and records.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures (CAPAs) identified during audits.

- Provide training on SAP QM/ RAQA modules to clients' staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Quality Management or related field (Quality Assurance).

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid understanding of SAP QM/ RAQA Consultant, PPQM, MM, IM, EWM SD module integration concepts.

- Experience working with various types of documents such as Procedures, Work Instructions etc.
