Job Title: Tally Accountant Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to manage and maintain our company’s financial records using Tally ERP software . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:· Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP 9/Prime . · Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. · Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments. · Prepare and review financial statements and reports. · Perform monthly bank reconciliations. · Maintain general ledger accounts. · Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. · Assist with internal and external audits. · Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. · Manage payroll processing and related statutory filings if required.



· Coordinate with other departments for budget preparation and expense tracking.

Requirements :· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. · Proven experience (1–3 years minimum) as an accountant with hands-on Tally ERP knowledge. · Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. · Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software. · Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations. · Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. · Good organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :· Certification in Tally (e.g., Tally ERP 9/Prime Certified). · Experience in a similar role in [industry type, e.g., manufacturing, retail, services].
