Role Overview The role focuses on delivering high-impact learning programs and talent enablement initiatives specifically for our expanding India organization, supporting employee growth, skills development, and leadership pipeline building within the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Facilitation: Stand up and lead the end-to-end delivery of comprehensive learning programs tailored for both individual contributors and mid-level managers across India offices.
- Instructional Agility: Seamlessly adapt delivery styles, pacing, and content flow in real-time to match the dynamic needs of diverse participant groups.
- Impactful Debriefing: Lead deep-dive debrief sessions following learning activities, extracting core insights and connecting them back to India business goals and market applications.
- Dynamic Engagement:



Leverage exceptional voice modulation, audience understanding, and the ability to "read the room" to maintain high engagement levels during in-person and virtual sessions.
- Strategic Storytelling: Craft and weave compelling, relatable narratives around core training messages to ensure key concepts resonate culturally and are highly memorable.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with India HR leaders, local business unit heads, and site leadership to ensure learning initiatives align with country-specific business objectives.
- Pipeline Capability Building: Actively contribute to local talent pipelines by upskilling employees to meet the growing technical and professional demands of the regional hub.

Skills

Required Experience and Skills

- Professional Experience: 7–9 years of proven experience in talent enablement, corporate training, or instructional facilitation within a multinational or major technology company.
- Advanced Facilitation: Demonstrated capability to facilitate complex learning programs effectively for mid-level managers and corporate professionals.
- Advanced Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a mastery of grammar, voice modulation, and audience empathy.
- Agility & Critical Thinking: Strong ability to think on your feet, read shifting room dynamics, and pivot instructional approaches seamlessly.
- Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the talent landscape, workplace culture, and professional development expectations within India.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience facilitating in a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity environment in India.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms, modern learning management systems (LMS), and local instructional delivery best practices.
