Key Responsibilities
Recruit Field Sales & Technical staff for Surat and nearby locations.
Source candidates through job portals, references, local networks, and field hiring.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate joining formalities.
Manage recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in field/volume hiring, preferably for Sales or Technical roles.
Strong communication and candidate sourcing skills.
Valuable knowledge of the Surat local talent market.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
