Communication : Fluent and good presentability The ideal candidate must have the below :-

- 3+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced product, startup, or scale-up ecosystem.
- Comfortable discussing modern software Testing lifecycles,
- Mastery of complex Boolean strings and alternative sourcing strategies.




- Experience managing and optimizing modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Zoho etc.
- The ability to influence hiring managers, manage expectations, and empathetically close tough candidate offers.
