About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong end-to-end recruitment experience across IT, Cloud, Engineering, AI/ML, Sales, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements, sourcing niche talent, and working closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle multiple requirements across IT, Cloud, AI/ML, Engineering, Sales and corporate functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, negotiations and offer closures.
- Understand JDs and identify relevant talent based on technical and functional requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate databases.




- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Hiring Exposure Experience in hiring for profiles such as:
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- AI/ML & Engineering
- DevOps, Linux, Windows & IT
- Enterprise / Cloud / IT Sales
- Government & Channel Sales
- HR, Finance, Marketing and other corporate functions

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience handling multiple and niche positions.
- Good understanding of IT and Sales hiring.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
