Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring requirements across ETIOT and Esvastica.

The role will involve recruitment across IT, Software, Engineering, Infrastructure, Projects, Sales, Business Development, Support and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and direct sourcing.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary and notice period.
- Coordinate technical, managerial and HR interviews.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollout and joining follow-ups.
- Work closely with department heads and management for manpower requirements.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular hiring status updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience in IT / Technology recruitment preferred.
- Exposure to Engineering, Infrastructure or Project hiring will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong ownership and focus on timely closures.

Preferred Candidate
- We are looking for someone who is proactive, target-driven, organized and capable of independently owning recruitment requirements from sourcing to joining.
