We are looking for a energetic Recruiter with experience in recruiting for BIM (Building Information Modeling) roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top BIM professionals across various disciplines such as architecture, civil and structural domains and MEP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BIM-related roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Prior experience hiring for BIM and Design roles (Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP)
- Familiarity with engineering/architecture hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in engineering, construction, or design industry hiring
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
