Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for roles across the organization.



The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and ensuring a fair, efficient, and timely hiring experience for all candidates.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will contribute to employer branding activities, maintain accurate recruitment records, and use data and insights to improve hiring strategies. This role also includes building talent pipelines, nurturing candidate relationships, and supporting continuous improvement in recruitment operations aligned with GloLicense’s growth in global healthcare licensing services.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end Recruiting processes, from sourcing to offer.
- Skills in Hiring and Interviewing, including structured interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Experience with Employer Branding initiatives to attract and engage qualified talent.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS or recruitment management systems and familiarity with data-driven hiring practices.
- Understanding of healthcare or technology sector recruitment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
