Are you someone who knows how to spot the right talent, close positions quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced hiring setting? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on EdTech recruitment experience to join our growing HR team.

? Location: Sector 65, Gurugram

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Industry: EdTech / Online Education

⚡ Preference: Immediate Joiners

? Work Mode: Work From Office

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Working Days: 5.5 Days | Saturday Half Day | Sunday Fixed Off

? What You'll Do• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales & corporate positions.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Drive candidates through the hiring funnel and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, daily MIS and hiring reports.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for upcoming requirements.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities whenever required.

? What We're Looking For✔️ 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience

✔️ Candidates from EdTech / Online Education preferred

✔️ Strong experience in Sales hiring / volume hiring will be an advantage

✔️ Good communication and candidate-handling skills

✔️ Ability to work with multiple requirements and tight hiring timelines

✔️ Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills

✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
