Role & responsibilities
- Attracting Global Tech Talent.
- Responsible for managing complete recruitment life-cycle
- Independently devise and run sourcing strategies
- Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Able to work independently in a agile environment of change, challenge, and high attention to detail.
Preferred candidate profile
- Technical Recruitment Experience especially permanent/contract recruitment
- 2+ years of candidate generation, recruiting, or sourcing experience
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing.
- Strong analytics, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mentoring skills preferred
- Mix of consultancy and corporate recruiting experience a plus
