Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and IT recruitment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in technical hiring while working with emerging technologies and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate communication, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate technical interviews and maintain interview schedules.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS with accurate candidate information.
- Negotiate salary within company guidelines and assist in offer rollout.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar job portals is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and networking abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced hiring environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 2 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
- Freshers with internship experience in recruitment may also be considered.
