We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is a great chance for someone looking to build practical experience in Recruitment in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various open positions by posting and managing job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
2.



Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand recruitment requirements.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
4. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
5. Support the HR team in other Talent Acquisition activities as required.

Requirements

1. 0–2 months of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition or a related HR role is preferred.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good spoken English while communicating with candidates and internal teams.
3. Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
4. Comfortable using LinkedIn for job posting and candidate sourcing.
5. Good time management and multitasking skills.
