Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team.

Your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing high-quality candidates across various roles, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.



You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, especially for sales roles like Business Development Associates, as well as other positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth scheduling with hiring managers
- Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring progress in ATS/trackers

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations
- Prior experience in hiring sales roles (Business Development Associates) is a plus
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment lifecycle
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS platforms
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Laptop is mandatory

Education
- Graduate (B.Tech / B.Com / BBA / BA, etc.)
- MBA preferred
