- Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

What You’ll Do

- Understand hiring requirements and translate them into clear candidate criteria.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relevant candidate pipelines for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Research companies, talent pools, and new sourcing strategies.
- Support recruitment projects and initiatives to improve the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role.
- Prior hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening,



interview coordination, or hiring is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking.
- Ability to understand a requirement before acting and ask relevant, thoughtful questions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or missing information.
- Comfortable researching and figuring things out independently rather than relying on step-by-step instructions.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Good judgement when evaluating candidate profiles and understanding role fit.
- Quick learner who can understand new roles, industries, and skill sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates, handling follow-ups, and having skilled conversations.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
