We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with strong expertise in Data Analysis, Data Modelling, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights and deliver high-quality data visualizations that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.

Develop and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.

Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting solutions.

Optimize dashboard performance and improve data refresh processes. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills Qualifications

Strong experience with Tableau Desktop, Server, or Cloud.



Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Modelling techniques.

Advanced knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, CTEs, and performance tuning.

Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and visual storytelling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Tableau certification is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience: 25+ years of experience in Tableau development or related roles.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
