: System Support Administrator (Night Shift)

Location: Dehradun (Preferred) / Willing to Relocate

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Yearly Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a System Support Administrator to provide day-to-day IT and software support for our employees and clients during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows systems, troubleshooting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and user-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Support email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint-related issues.
- Assist with system monitoring and basic administration tasks.
- Handle ticketing system requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Document issues, solutions, and support activities.
- Coordinate with senior IT teams for escalated issues.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.




- Good understanding of Windows OS and desktop support.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user management.
- Basic network troubleshooting (DNS, VPN, Internet connectivity).
- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Support.
- Experience working in a night shift environment is a plus.

Preferred Candidate
- Based in Dehradun or willing to relocate.
- Customer-focused with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and handle support requests efficiently.
