About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic System Administrator Intern who wants to build a career in IT Infrastructure and System Administration.

This is a learning-focused, hands-on internship where you will get practical exposure to IT operations, system administration, troubleshooting, user support, monitoring, and IT service management in a real-world environment.

No prior work experience is required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take responsibility, and work as part of an IT operations team.

Who Can Apply?

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Candidates in their final semester of their Bachelor's degree may also apply
- Freshers are welcome — no prior experience required
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and operating systems
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
- Willingness to learn new technologies and IT tools
- Good communication in english and teamwork skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

What You Will Learn – Practical Outcomes During the internship, you will get hands-on exposure to:
- System administration and IT infrastructure operations
- Windows and basic Linux administration
- User account and access management
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting
- IT monitoring and alert handling
- Ticket management and ITSM processes
- Incident, request, and escalation management
- System and application monitoring




- Backup and basic recovery concepts
- Security best practices for endpoints and systems
- IT documentation and maintaining operational records
- Working with enterprise IT tools and platforms
- Understanding real-world 24x7 IT operations
- Following SOPs, escalation procedures, and operational processes

Internship Details Duration: 1-year internship

Location: Ahmedabad – On-site only

Shifts: Exposure to 24x7 IT operations through rotational shifts, including Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts

Stipend: ₹7,000/month – Non-negotiable

Based on performance, there may be an chance for internship extension or full-time employment with the organization.

Important Note

⚠️ Experience Certificate Policy: An official experience certificate will be issued only upon successful completion of the full 1-year internship.

Candidates who leave the internship before completing the full 1-year duration will not be eligible for an experience certificate or experience letter for this internship.
