One of our portfolio companies is a fast-growing fintech in the cross-border payments space, building modern infrastructure that simplifies and accelerates global trade transactions. The company is early, scaling fast, and building the banking rails that let Indian exporters collect and move money across the world. It is a hands-on, high-ownership environment where builders get real work from day one.

About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Intern who is hands-on with coding and AI tools, learns quickly, and can support a mix of software, automation, go-to-market, and general execution work. This is not a coffee-and-observe internship: an intern who can build gets real ownership from week one. You will code and ship, but you will also do whatever the moment needs, from a quick automation for the growth team to a scrappy internal tool or a research task.

The technical and non-technical lines blur here, and they want someone happy to work across them.

The company operates AI-native. You should already be building with AI tools, using them to code, automate, research, and ship faster than you could alone. They care far more about what you can build and how fast you learn than about pedigree.

Key Responsibilities

- Write code and ship basic products, features, and automations the team actually uses.
- Use AI tools hands-on across coding, automation, and research to turn "we need X" into a working thing, fast.
- Support a mix of technical and non-technical work,



from engineering tasks to go-to-market and operational execution.
- Pick up any task, ramp up quickly, and deliver, treating ambiguity as the job rather than a blocker.
- Solve real problems pragmatically, and communicate clearly, flagging blockers early.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- Strong interest in software engineering, with real hands-on building experience (projects, side projects, hackathons – proof over credentials).
- Already building with AI tools, with examples of what you have made.
- Ability to code and ship basic products or features end-to-end.
- A tech-generalist profile, comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical work.
- Rapid learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- High-agency, low-ego attitude: you take ownership, ask when stuck, and get things done.

Preferred (Not Required)

- A practical builder rather than a purely academic profile.
- Exposure to fintech, payments, or startup environments.
- Comfort with fast-paced, 0-to-1 work.
- Any exposure to the team's stack is a plus but not expected: Python / Django, React / TypeScript, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL / MySQL, Docker, and Git. Strong builders will pick up what they don't already know.
