Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Surveyor role based in Hyderabad. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys for healthcare and educational infrastructure projects, using appropriate instruments and techniques to collect accurate measurements and data. Day-to-day activities include preparing survey plans, setting out construction works, verifying levels and alignments, and coordinating with project engineers, site managers, and design teams.

The Surveyor will maintain detailed records, prepare survey reports, and ensure that all measurements comply with project specifications, statutory requirements, and safety standards.



The role also involves monitoring ongoing construction to confirm adherence to survey benchmarks and supporting timely project execution through precise and reliable survey information.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in land and construction surveying, including topographic surveys, setting out, leveling, and use of instruments such as total stations, auto levels, and GPS.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, site plans, and construction documents, and in preparing survey sketches, reports, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess competencies in basic civil engineering concepts, measurement techniques, and application of relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements for construction projects.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in data recording, maintaining accurate field notes, and using survey-related software or digital tools for data processing and reporting.
- Candidates should possess robust attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary site teams.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work safely in outdoor and on-site environments, often under time constraints.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline is preferred, along with prior experience as a Surveyor in building or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of healthcare or institutional construction projects, familiarity with local regulations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and proficiency in relevant regional languages will be an added advantage.
