– Vascular Surgeon
Position: Vascular Surgeon
Location: Hyderabad Region
Department: Vascular Surgery / Clinical Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, based on experience and clinical expertise
Ø About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Vascular Surgeon to join our Hyderabad Region team. The doctor will primarily focus on the diagnosis and treatment of vascular and varicose vein conditions, with a key focus on Endovenous Radiofrequency Ablation (EVRF/RFA) and related minimally invasive vascular procedures.
The selected doctor will undergo 2–3 months of structured training covering the complete patient journey, including pre-operative assessment, procedure assistance/execution, post-operative care, patient counselling, follow-up, and management of procedure-related requirements.
Ø Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical & Patient Assessment
- Conduct detailed clinical evaluation of patients with vascular and venous disorders.
- Diagnose and assess varicose veins, venous insufficiency and related vascular conditions.
- Review Doppler/ultrasound reports and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Explain treatment options, procedures, benefits, risks and expected outcomes to patients.
- Coordinate with the clinical and counselling teams for appropriate patient management.
2. Vascular Procedures
- Perform and/or assist in EVRF/RFA and other vascular procedures as per clinical protocols.
- Ensure appropriate patient selection and pre-procedure preparation.
- Follow established surgical and infection-control protocols.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety during procedures.
- Coordinate with OT staff, nursing teams and other clinical personnel.
3. Pre-Operative Care During the training and subsequently as an independent surgeon, the doctor will be responsible for:
- Complete pre-operative patient assessment.
- Review medical history, investigations and Doppler findings.
- Assess patient fitness for the planned procedure.
- Ensure all required investigations and documentation are completed.
- Explain the procedure and obtain appropriate informed consent.
- Coordinate with the anaesthesia and OT teams wherever required.
4. Post-Operative Care
- Monitor patients following vascular procedures.
- Assess wounds, pain, swelling and other post-operative conditions.
- Provide appropriate discharge instructions and medication guidance.
- Educate patients regarding compression stockings, mobility and precautions.
- Conduct scheduled follow-ups and monitor recovery.
- Identify and appropriately manage or escalate any complications.
5. Training & Development – First 2–3 Months The selected doctor will undergo structured on-the-job training covering:
- Vascular patient assessment.
- Doppler report interpretation and treatment planning.
- Pre-operative protocols.
- EVRF/RFA procedure protocols.
- OT and procedural protocols.
- Post-operative management.
- Patient counselling and communication.
- Follow-up protocols.
- Documentation and clinical records.
- Management of routine and procedure-related complications.
The objective of the training is to ensure the doctor becomes independently capable of managing the complete pre-operative, procedural and post-operative cycle of vascular patients. Ø Key Performance Areas (KPIs)
- Quality of patient assessment and treatment planning.
- Successful and safe execution of vascular procedures.
- Adherence to clinical and hospital protocols.
- Patient safety and satisfaction.
- Proper pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Timely follow-up of patients.
- Accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordination with OT, nursing and counselling teams.
- Reduction of procedure-related complications.
- Contribution to the overall clinical performance of the Hyderabad Region.
Ø Qualifications
- MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery or equivalent qualification.
- Additional qualification/training in Vascular Surgery, Venous Surgery or Endovascular procedures will be an advantage.
- Experience in EVRF/RFA, varicose vein procedures or related vascular interventions is preferred.
- Fresh surgeons with strong interest in vascular surgery may also be considered, subject to assessment and willingness to undergo the structured training program.

Ø Compensation
